Hilary Duff takes Pet Out Leashless

Hilary Duff took her pocket Pomeranian, Macy, walking along the streets apparently without a leash. This is very scary.
It’s bad, and mostly against the law, for all dogs to be off leash, but smaller dogs can be more difficult to train and harder to catch … and especially harder to be seen by drivers on the road. Please keep your dog on a leash while in public, at all times.
Also, she’s not being very careful with that cake, either. What’s wrong with her?
