First Pet Site of the Month: Cute Overload!

I was thinking that we could really help out the pet-owning web community, by highlighting a brilliant and useful pet related site, every month. You will get smarter, your pets will be healthier, and every one will live peacefully.

But instead …

Site of the Month January Cute Overload

I decided it was best, for January, to reduce you all to wittle piles of cooing, squeeing, drooling, melting fluff peepers who will waste hours on end browsing Cute Overload! ;) , the blog for cute animal pictures.

See the pictures above of the Bunny and the Hamster.

The blog has only been around since September ‘05 (when we started), but thanks to its guilty charms, causing all viewers to lose crucial segments of their brains, while also sending this link off to all of their friends via e-mail (and some to blog about it!), this site gets dozens of comments on every post, and has over 2,000 blogs linking to it (stat on Technorati).

We bloggers could all learn a little something from this blog, if we could only retain enough pieces of brain matter to figure it out.

Oh, well! *Oooooooooh. Me wannnnnnnt! Cuuuuuuuute!*

Happy 13th Birthday, Tasha

I was too busy petting and praising my girl, Tasha, to think that I should give a “shout out” for the public on this blog, for my doggie’s 13th birthday, on January 16th! What a big deal.

She’s doing alright, if you’re wondering. The babies enjoyed their new wheat “pig” ears, although the new brand (I posted the ol’ favorite on this blog) took a couple of tries for them to get a taste for.

Other than that, we mostly had a quiet evening. :-)
