Ski Parkas and Lillyboots

December 20, 2005 at 9:05 am by J*B*

If you live in the DC Metro area, you must have noticed something—it’s frickin’ freezing outside! You know, for someone who comes from the east (New Jersey to be exact) you think I would be used to this kind of weather by now. But, no, here I am complaining about it once again.

ParkasAnyway, if you have a dog that is as susceptible to the cold as I am, you may want to seriously consider bundling up your bundle of joy on those cold winter morning jaunts. At The Pet’s Pizzazz, they have warm and comfy ski parkas made for the tiniest Chihuahua to the extra-large Rottie. Let us not forget that big dogs with short fur get cold, too. The parkas come in both pink and blue. This way, your neighbors will know the hes from the shes.

Oh, and if you are worried about your dog’s precious paws, Le Doggie Couture has just the thing to keep them toasty warm while sauntering outside—Lillyboots! Lillyboots will keep your baby’s paws warm and dry in the rain and snow. And, they are especially useful for protecting paws from street salt that can actually get caught in between your dog’s paw pads and cause infection. Plus, aren’t they simply awww-inspiring!

Although winter officially starts on December 21, someone please tell that to my frostbitten fingers and Scouty’s extra-cold nose.
